AltLofiSparks Posted June 5 Posted June 5 No don't worry, it's not just you. It's always difficult to find someone within the same state your in or even remotely close to you. Not just that but they could be close but not be what your looking for at all and it could be a complete let down. Or your not what they are looking for and they get you excited for no reason just to tell you that or then stop talking to you completely out of nowhere. It's really rough. There's too many factors, and it's frustrating. Quote

You could be talking to them and everything they are saying seems so great and you two are texting and your "getting to know them". But the moment you guys talk on the phone it's like everything they initially tell you goes out the window!! And it's like they forget that they were trying to lie in the first place or that on the phone they are the worst liars imaginable. It's a lie! And it's over the dumbest things and when you call them out on it they either act dumb like they never lied or they say something like "oh well if I told you the truth you might not be interested in me anymore" Like duh I wouldn't be!! And now I'm definitely not because you lied the entire time to my face!! I don't want people leeching off of me for my money and using me just because I have a good job and asking me for money. No!! What's even worse is the hints when it comes to them wanting to "buy" something and it's basically asking "oh can you buy this for me even though we don't know each other" without actually asking me. Or there are people just out here for sex and that's it and it's just as bad and that's all they ever talk about and it's an absolute let down. Not even five minutes into texting that's the first topic they bring up or when they call it's the wildest questions. Like cuddos to those who like that stuff off the bat but it's such an ick for me.😠Quote
