I'm being ghosted right now - I haven't heard from my sub in more than 3 days. Being ghosted is triggering for me because it's happened several times in the past.

I'm going to give her to the end of the week, she'll need to message next, and if I don't hear from her, I'll dust myself off, take a bit of time to heal, and then move on. It's really the only thing you can do.
