I have CPTSD too and regressing is something that has helped me for a long time. It's one of the main coping skills I fall back on.

Does anyone else watch or has seen Octonauts? It's my favorite show!! I haven't watched much of the Above series yet but I love the original series and the movies. My favorite episodes are the holiday ones! I wish they had a Halloween or spooky episode
