I am also seeking ddlg-type movies! For me, "A Little Princess" has ddlg vibes. Ofc it's not a romantic relationship between the characters since it is parental, but it has that littlespace element of creative expression and adoration for a caregiver that ddlg dynamics often model. I relate to Rapunzel from Tangled, always wanting Eugene to show her the world and having a zest for discovery and life. Rapunzel is bubbly and enjoys doing crafty things, like myself! But I wish I knew of some actual ddlg-coded movies, especially with some spice sprinkled in them!
