So I'm an age regressor, not in the DDLG community, and my partners are kinda my caretakers when I regress. I'm NB but haven't gotten surgery yet so I still have periods, and I'm really really wondering about how DDLG couples handle when littles get theirs. How do you go about the care routine for it? Looking for advice to help my partners since they're inexperienced and I don't understand enough about periods to help them either.
